We do not fit into any category. So we have set out to create our own, a very unique one.

A modern vacation home, rooted in tradition. Nestled in between the mountains and the sea. Giving peace and tranquility, embedded in community. For friends and families, and families with friends.

Offering something for everyone: walks and hikes, cycling and mountain-biking, surfing and stand-up paddling. There will be laughter and drinks, and quiet evenings by the open fire. You can have an early morning swim in the ocean, or dance the night away with live music at the local bar.

All of it in the beautiful town of La Pesa de Pría in the community of Llanes, Asturias. In a house and experience that is sustainable in every dimension.

No encajamos en ninguna categoría. Por eso nos hemos propuesto crear la nuestra, una muy singular.

Una casa de vacaciones moderna, arraigada en la tradición. Enclavada entre las montañas y el mar. Dando paz y tranquilidad, incrustado en la comunidad. Para amigos y familias, y familias con amigos.

Para todos los gustos: paseos y excursiones, ciclismo y bicicleta de montaña, surf y surf de remo. Habrá risas y copas, y veladas tranquilas junto a la chimenea. Podrá darse un baño temprano por la mañana en el océano o bailar toda la noche con música en directo en el bar local.

Todo ello en el precioso pueblo de La Pesa de Pría en la comunidad de Llanes, Asturias. En una casa y una experiencia sostenibles en todas sus dimensiones.
